This Privacy Policy explains how ExecutiveSupportStaff, which operates executivesupportstaff.com, handles information collected through this website. It is a notice about our practices, not a request for you to waive any privacy right.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email address, how you heard about us, the number of executives you want to support, your message, the form and page used, and a randomly generated submission receipt. Optional fields are collected only if you complete them.

Our ACR Tracking service also processes page URLs and titles, referring pages, campaign parameters, page interactions, scroll depth, time on page, screen size, browser language, approximate device and connection characteristics, timestamps, and error or performance events. It uses random user, anonymous, session, and event identifiers. Our site endpoint receives limited request data, including IP address and browser headers, for rate limiting, security, and delivery of these events.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry data to respond, understand staffing needs, arrange consultations, prevent duplicate submissions, and communicate about a possible or active engagement. We use technical and interaction data to measure site use, understand which pages and calls to action are useful, diagnose errors, protect the site, and improve performance. We do not use this data for third party advertising.

Processors and Disclosures

ACR Tracking acts as our processor for website analytics and inquiry delivery. We send it the analytics fields described above. For an inquiry, we also send the name, email, message, referral source, executive count, form identifier, source page, and submission receipt. Form data is not added to the analytics retry backlog in your browser.

OnceHub processes information you choose to enter in its embedded scheduling tool so that you can arrange a consultation. Its frame may set or read its own storage under the OnceHub domain. We may also disclose information to service providers that support our operations, to people involved in evaluating or providing requested services, or when disclosure is required by applicable law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and Local Storage

ACR Tracking sets a random user identifier cookie for up to one year, stores a random anonymous identifier in local storage until it is cleared, and stores a session identifier that rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. It also keeps landing page and campaign details for the browser session. If analytics delivery fails, up to 200 analytics events may remain in a local browser backlog. The backlog is retried on a later page load and removed after successful delivery, but it has no separate time limit. Clearing site data removes these browser identifiers and any pending backlog.

Data Retention

Our retention schedule is up to 12 months for analytics records and up to two years for an inquiry that does not become an engagement. Information connected with an active engagement may be kept for the engagement and afterward where reasonably needed for records, disputes, security, or legal obligations. We may keep a minimal record of a request when needed to document that we honored it.

Your Choices and Rights

You can clear the ACR cookie, local storage, session storage, and pending analytics backlog through your browser controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also be able to complain to your local privacy regulator. These rights can have legal exceptions.
