Who we are
ExecutiveSupportStaff was built around a single observation: most executive support services are designed for one person at the top of the organization. Leadership teams of five, ten, or fifteen principals have fundamentally different needs, and those needs are rarely served well.
We built a vetting process and a placement model specifically for leadership-team support. Every assistant on our roster has been evaluated against the real demands of supporting multiple executives simultaneously, including coordinating calendars across time zones, managing board and investor communications, and keeping cross-functional workflows on track.
Our placement rate reflects that standard. Fewer than 1 in 1,000 applicants earn a spot on the roster. The result is a pool of assistants who are genuinely prepared for the complexity of leadership-team work, not just calendar management for a single principal.

Screening and application review
Every applicant submits a structured application covering their support background, tool proficiency, and executive-level experience. We review each one against the benchmarks for leadership-team support before advancing anyone to the next stage.
Skills assessment and live evaluation
Candidates who pass screening complete a timed skills assessment covering calendar management, inbox triage, research, and communications. Top performers are invited to a live evaluation with a member of our placement team.
Reference checks and final approval
Before joining the roster, every candidate goes through reference verification and a final review by our placement leads. Only those who clear every gate earn a spot.
